Happy Birthday Võ-Đạo-Việt-Nam

 

The Võ-Đạo-Việt-Nam (VDVN) group of the Estec Martial Arts Club was founded on Tuesday 30 Oktober 2001.

Now, the enthusiastic group of blue-suited Kung Fu practitioners are celebrating their 10 year anniversary!

In the past decade many space projects got launched, governments revolted, former students moved to other jobs or establishments across Europe, many new keen students arrived, injuries come and go, showers get refurbished, time slots and allocations are under pressure, some people get married and even the first VDVN-baby was born.

Times are changing, but Torsten Bieler still dedicates his free time to giving training to this group with inspiration, patience and humour.
